Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to FREE SQUARES, a free promotional-board platform operated by Parlay Logic AI. By creating an account, entering a board, operating a venue account, or claiming a prize, you agree to these Terms and the published Official Promotional Rules for the applicable board.
Free promotional service
FREE SQUARES does not sell squares, accept wagers, hold player funds, or require a purchase to enter a board. Sponsoring venues configure and provide the prizes shown on their boards. A venue may impose lawful eligibility, attendance, age, or pickup requirements disclosed before entry.
Accounts and verification
A permanent board entry requires a registered account with a verified email address and verified mobile phone number. You must provide accurate information, protect your login credentials, and use only your own account. You may not create duplicate accounts, impersonate another person, manipulate a random assignment, automate entries, or bypass an entry limit.
Boards and results
Each board displays its sponsoring venue, prize, entry mode, entry limit, entry structure, lock rule, age requirement, and empty-square policy. Square positions may be selected directly or assigned randomly as published. Home and away digits are randomized and recorded when the board locks. The official score at the published segment endpoint determines the winning square.
Live scores and game status may come from third-party data providers and can be delayed or corrected. The platform may apply a documented provider correction or an audited platform-owner correction. A correction does not permit numbers to be redrawn or a different participant to be substituted for the score-determined square.
Prize claims
A winning claimant must follow the board's displayed claim instructions. Unless a reopened claim is issued by the platform owner, the claim code expires five minutes after the backend confirms the end of the applicable segment. Authorized staff must verify the claimant's physical identification and release the prize before the claimant can confirm receipt in the app.
If the score-determined square is empty, the published policy controls: the prize may roll to the next segment, roll to a future board, or be forfeited. Expiration of a real winner's claim does not automatically create a new winner.
Venue and staff responsibilities
Venue accounts require platform approval. Venue owners are responsible for their staff, prize descriptions, lawful promotional operation, fulfillment of promised prizes, and accurate venue information. Only authorized platform or venue roles may manage boards and claims. All sensitive actions may be recorded in an audit log.
Suspension and misuse
We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, venues, promotions, data, or the service. Fraud, abuse, harassment, account sharing, false eligibility information, technical interference, and attempts to manipulate assignments or claims may result in disqualification and account action.
Service availability and responsibility
The service is provided on an as-available basis. We do not promise uninterrupted access or error-free third-party score feeds, messaging, internet service, or venue operations. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Parlay Logic AI is not responsible for a venue's failure to provide a prize or for losses caused by unauthorized use of an account.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms or the service. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date or an in-app notice. Questions may be submitted through the support channel on ParlayLogicAI.com. These Terms do not replace board-specific rules or rights that cannot legally be waived.
