Official Promotional Rules

Effective July 29, 2026. No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited.

These core rules apply to FREE SQUARES promotional boards. The published board screen identifies the sponsoring venue, eligible game, prizes, entry limit, age requirement, entry mode, claim instructions, and empty-square policy. Those disclosed settings are part of the rules for that board.

Eligibility

Participants must have a registered FREE SQUARES account with a verified email address and verified mobile phone number and must satisfy the age and location requirements displayed for the venue and board. A venue may require the participant to be present at the sponsoring location when entering or claiming if that condition is disclosed before entry.

Entry and square assignment

Entry is free. The venue sets a maximum of 1–100 squares per participant. Depending on the published mode, a participant or authorized staff member may select an open square, request a secure random assignment, or choose between the two. An entry is complete only after the backend confirms it. Temporary invitation holds expire after ten minutes and do not become permanent entries until the invited user completes required registration and verification.

Rolling boards

Football board sets use First Quarter, Halftime, Third Quarter, and Final segments. Baseball board sets use the score after Innings 1–3, Innings 4–6, and the official Final after nine or any extra innings. A board set may use the same participant positions for every segment or separate entries for each segment, as displayed before entry.

Randomized digits and winner selection

Grid positions are assigned before the home and away digits are revealed. When a segment board locks, the numbers 0–9 are securely randomized for each axis and recorded. They cannot be edited or redrawn after locking. The last digit of each team's confirmed score at the applicable segment endpoint identifies the winning square.

Football Final includes overtime. Baseball Final includes extra innings. Official provider corrections may update the recorded result through the canonical settlement process. Earlier segments are not settled from a later total when the exact segment score is unavailable.

Empty winning square

If no eligible participant owns the score-determined square, the policy published before entry controls. The prize will either roll to the next segment, roll to a future board selected by the venue, or be forfeited. The numbers are not redrawn, and another square is not chosen as a substitute winner.

Claims and prizes

A winner receives a claim code and has five minutes from the backend-confirmed end of the segment to present the claim under the venue's displayed instructions. The platform owner may reopen an expired winner's claim for a new five-minute window after review. Expiration does not transfer the prize to another participant.

Authorized platform or venue staff must check the claimant's physical identification and record the prize release. Only after that release may the claimant mark the prize received. Prizes may be cash, merchandise, venue credit, or another clearly described item and are provided by the sponsoring venue unless the board states otherwise.

Fair play and disqualification

Duplicate accounts, false identity information, automated entry, collusion, interference with the app, manipulation of randomization or score data, and attempts to claim another person's prize are prohibited. The platform may disqualify an entry or suspend an account when supported by the audit record and applicable law.

Administration

Parlay Logic AI administers the platform and publishes eligible games. Sponsoring venues administer their own approved boards and fulfill their prizes. Decisions needed to correct a technical or provider error must preserve the locked digits, verified entries, confirmed score, and immutable audit history.
