FREE SQUARES is operated by Parlay Logic AI. This policy explains the information used to run free promotional squares boards, protect accounts, verify eligibility, and help sponsoring venues fulfill prizes.
Information we collect
Registration requires a name, verified email address, and verified mobile phone number. We may also collect date of birth, ZIP code, profile preferences, authentication records, device and security logs, board entries, temporary square holds, prize claims, venue memberships, and audit records created when an authorized person manages a board or claim.
Claim verification is performed in person by authorized venue or platform staff. The production claim workflow records that physical identification was checked; it does not require a claimant to upload or store a government-ID image.
How information is used
Information is used to authenticate users, prevent duplicate or unauthorized entries, enforce entry limits, assign squares, notify winners, verify claims, document prize release and receipt, maintain security, investigate abuse, support users, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
Information shared with venues and providers
A sponsoring venue may access the limited participant and claim information needed to operate its own boards and fulfill its prizes. Venue staff cannot browse another venue's participants or claims. Public results show winner initials and the prize only; they do not show full names, phone numbers, email addresses, claim codes, or identification details.
Service providers may process information on our behalf for authentication, database hosting, email, SMS verification, security, and application delivery. Live sports data may be obtained from third-party score providers. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, preserve board and prize records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and satisfy legal or accounting requirements. Access is limited through account authentication, venue-scoped permissions, database security policies, and audit logs. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
Users may update supported profile information in the app and may request assistance with account access, correction, or deletion. Some board, winner, claim, and audit records may need to be retained after an account request because they document a completed promotion or security event.
Eligibility and children
FREE SQUARES is not intended for children. Boards are limited to users who meet the age requirement displayed for that board and venue, which may be 18 or 21.
